Well that about wraps it up for another comic. When they get rid of the jokes to make room for political statements, it’s time for me to drop-kick the strip to the bit-bucket.

If there is a problem with welfare laws, reform the welfare laws (not that democrats would ever permit it.)

Congress is not competent to calculate the number of immigrants we need. Congress is competent to define (a) the moral characteristics of people who should come to this country, (b) the terms under which they should be allowed the rights of citizens (I favor 10 years of paying taxes and full English competency – both basic evidence of assimilation.)

Yeah, illegal immigration worked out well for the European invaders. It didn’t do much for the American Indians, though. Just because the Indians allowed themselves to be killed off and crowded out doesn’t mean that it’s incumbent on the rest of us to follow them off the cliff.

There is a big difference between legal immigration, which I am all for, and illegal immigration, which I am against. Most all of our families were immigrants, but they came in legally, and became good citizens of this once great country!

I thought I was checking up on a talking animal satire strip and seem to have stumbled into a Klan meeting.
