I still don’t like the hat, but I guess if you’re not worried about being attractive it doesn’t matter what you wear.

Ok. End of this boring arc. On to other things.

Swizzle, cherry, straws and olive. Nuts, sticks, chips and nuts again. Garry at his best.

Now that he gets to kiss her, the bartender’s hair is way browner and he looks much younger…

Anyone know what the point of this arc was?

I would like to echo the sentiments of the Bartender – Can we finish this up? One of the weaker Doonesberry story lines ever.

Last year I turned 70 – something of a surprise given my health history (asthma, polio) and lifestyle (very active physically) and decided that, with my beloved husband gone 10 years, there no longer was any need to have my nails professionally done, use makeup daily, and style my hair every day (not to mention coloring it). Amazing how nice it is! Guys you were on to something all those years. And here I thought you either just didn’t care or were so wonderful that there could be no improvement.

You had your chance, Albert!
