    Illinois can’t pay the big Lottery winners…. Until a budget is passed… Illinois has the worst Moody rating of all 50 states… Governor Rauner (republican) wont sign any budget unless it is balanced…. The Illinois house and senate (democrat majority) will not raise taxes or cut spending to balance the budget, so here we are……

    Heck—toss a dart at your local paper’s financial page, and invest in that company. You should improve your return on investment by 100% or so.
