I knew that a lot of Russians and Scandinavians like hockey, which Canadians came up with, but I had no idea that American hockey players were in the minority. Some of the seven Canadian teams (such as Montreal and Ottawa) are doing well in wins, while others (such as Toronto and Edmonton) are among the worst teams. A more accurate name would be the International Hockey League.

One of the saddest days of my life was when I learned that “Draft Kings” was a fantasy sports gambling site and not a tap-beer drinking club.
