@beviekThat first picture of the kitten having a nightmare…why didn’t someone wake it up and pet it until it settled down?That’s horrifying. I just wanted to reach into the pic and pick the baby up and nuzzle it until it calms down.

No scared bunny photo from me today.The poor things live on the edge of terror anyway.You would too if everything wanted to eat you.

Wonderful pics this morning, everyone.

This kitten is a tornado! She has the run of the house and I didn’t put her in the bathroom for the night because she has quite the mouth on her. She slept by my head or Brad’s feet for a time. Before bed, I was in the recliner with my laptop trying to watch Jane, The Virgin and the tornado thought walking or sleeping on the keyboard was an option. It was not. Luckily she’s so lightweight she’s just one one-hander and could move her easily.

I had to run off a 350lb bear one day and my Weimaraner ran under the bed when I grabbed the shotgun. My little 9lb calico ran outside with me and made sure that big old bear went away though. I’ve never seen anything like it. She took one look at that bear and ran after it, so I had to make sure it stayed away. No more bird feeders at the windows after that though. So somehow I don’t think a ghost story would scare my little fuzzies. Maybe the dog not the cats.
