How DO dogs do that face so well?

My Westie, Buddy, is a master at giving me the “Westie stare” and it works everytime. He’ll put his nose on the couch cushion and and simply stare at me. I’ll try to ignore him but he’s too damned cute!

Do the wolfs and dogs like to eat the birds? I don’t think so. The cats definitely love to eat the birds.
