@PpyfssSo sorry to hear your PT was so rough. My PT does not “help” me do any exercises, just verbally guides me through them and occasionally corrects my position. She always says to stop if it hurts, although a little discomfort is OK because I am realigning tendons in my knees. Last week one knee was very badly inflamed when I got there, and instead of doing exercises, I got an ultrasound treatment, massage and ice. How goes the house hunt? Don’t forget, you can e-mail me if you don’t feel like chatting here.
Thank you all for the good thoughts. I was doing sooooo great until last week’s PT that is what makes this set back so hard. I am doing a little better today. Still haven’t decided what to do when I go to PT tomorrow. Will definitely start with a “conversation” with the tech I get tomorrow, not the regular PT lady that I had last week.Buster even fell asleep on Ed’s shoulder yesterday. He was a real pill. They actually got completely into the living room before Precious ran and hid.I have an appointment to talk about, apply for and look at a studio apartment just a couple of blocks from where I am now. Would rather have more room, but beggers can’t be choosers. They called me from an application I had submitted back in 2013. As I told everyone, it will work out one way or the other. It always does.Keep thinking good thoughts everyone.
Thinking good thoughts today for everyone here in pain. I had migraines for 35 years (they stopped only 3 years ago) and I know all too well how pain changes one’s life, and not for the better. I consider myself to be very lucky, at 67, to now have minimal aches and pains, and nothing serious.
Last night at mi casa, Tyler arrived first on the heated pet pad on my bed….and his twin bro, Oliver, found a small bit of heated pad to snuggle on next to Ty. I melted.
I have 3 cats—-they are sisters. The biggest (Onyx) is a sweetie who eats, sleeps, and wants pets to purr at you.The smallest (Cole) is a ‘fraidy cat" who runs at your slightest move. They are both good as gold, never getting into trouble. The middle sister (Samantha…Sammy) is the troublemaker. Always looking for vitamin P (eats/chews on plastic like bread wrappers)… gets into EVERYTHING! When Santa Paws comes, she is the one who plays with the toys. She thinks Santa brought them just for her. Good/bad have nothing to do with it. It’s whoever grabs it first!

Touch typing kitty should brush up on his or her apostrophes. It’s YOU’RE, not YOUR.
