Motion sickness never bothers me at all! If I ride on the ferry, I never got the motion sickness at all. If I ride in back of the seats in the car, I never got the motion sickness at all either. :-)
I walked on the roofwalk of a parked boxcar once and got it bad. It seemed like the world on either side was moving with me. I never climbed on another car.
