Actually… I think Patty is remarkably forgiving…not only has she not barred the door, she often comes to visit them, tries to ignore their crass behavior..and even has a family picture on the wall from when she was a baby.

Wow! Patty graduated from Cal Tech. She came about as far from her parents as humanly possible.
