Reminds me of some long-ago neighbors….

Not that I knew them, but they lived about a block away…..

One day the several block area was plastered with home made signs,

saying they’d lost their keys,,,,

and giving their address and phone number.

Uh huh.

Looks like they are leaving. But no the sign for Patty is not big enough. Why not just hang it under the sign? No one will notice anyway because the Pennys don’t have anything of value. But they did cancel the cable and phone for a couple days..

Why cancel the newspaper? Just let it pile up around the mailbox. Nobody will ever suspect.

Haven’t given Patty’s powers of detection a chance yet.

the stuffed mailbox won’t be a clue either.

Pffft! Like any burglar would steal any of their crap. The smell alone would repel thieves. In the burglar newsletter, they’re place is number one of the Avoid list. More likely, burglars would be filled with pity and leave them something decent.

I’m wondering what the initials B.R.B. mean on the mailbox?

Patty has probably made herself a copy of the key…..
