A 6 lb turkey should serve 10 to 12 people allowing for 1/2 lb or so per person. That would be a chicken here in Texas…

Give them a fake name. There’s no way for the caller to know. (I’ve suspected that for years. A guy working in Chennai in a contracted call center is not likely to be named “Bill”.)
