My uncle had a heart condition, but walked just fine. He had ignorant people tell him all the time that he wasn’t handicapped. I had never seen him run though.

    (Boring story in my reply.)

….said the man who also doesn’t have one as the “raindrops are fallin’ on his head, but that doesn’t mean his eyes will soon be turnin’ red”, etc etc blah blah blah……..

Well, I use a prosthetic leg. One fine summer day I was called out for parking in a handicapped space because I "Look a bit too good walking to be using that spot " I was wearing shorts. I advised the idiot to get his eyes checked. His wife threatened to call the police on me because “A unhandicapped person was using a handicapped space.” I waited for the cops to arrive. And give them both tickets for disturbing the peace. They were almost as stupid as the people portrayed in this cartoon.

we always comment that the spaces must also be for the mentally handicapped, judging from the halfwits who park in them. the other day, a guy was actually sitting in his car with the engine running in the handicapped space next to the supermarket entrance. waiting for a handicapped person to finish shopping…?
