How times, and technology, change. I remember watching the time to hang up before the next minute dropped.

I don’t really think I want to know, but there was never a Kaopectate that was not oral, was there?

Remember the good ol’ days of long distance carriers? 10-10-220? I never really called long distance. AT&T sent me a check for $75, if I cashed it, it would switch me to them. Then Verizon called me to see why I switched, and I told them, and they sent me $50 to switch back! Then AT&T called me and I said “Send me another check and I’ll switch again!” They said they couldn’t.

Ah, the ten cents a minute days.

But I shudder to think what form of Kaopectate is NOT oral.

I’m just glad the days of metered internet access (Anyone remember Comp-u-serve?) are a thing of the past. Or at least we have other options now.
