He’s a tad suspicious…..

They probably just want to play.

And the creatures under the bed, probably nothing more than dust bunnies.

Lio knows monsters dwell under his bed, so he must not only be suspicious of the note but also be upset at their painting arrows all over the floor and then spilling the paint bottle.

If I were a monster, I’d be afraid of Lio!

Is that a photo of ‘Zilla on the wall?

You’d think all the monsters under the bed would be friends with Lio by now too. i mean, look at all his other friends.

They just want Lio to come down and play.

I think Lio’s just a bit resentful that the monsters think he’s such an easy mark.

He needs pull out high-pressure hose and clear though critters out. Maybe carpet will be okay…..

Those googly eyes aren’t monsters. That’s the money you could be saving…

This looks like a classic case of the hunter about to become the hunted.

Four of them look scared of Lio and the fifth looks like he’s about ready to have Lio for lunch.

This is going to be one top-notch main event.

I agree, dyankee23. We’ve seen in past strips that Lio likes hanging out under the bed with all the creepy-crawlies. Don’t insult his intelligence, guys, just invite him.
