I LOVE New Year’s Eve, especially now that the girls are old enough to stay up & enjoy it. Usually, since my husband is a 3rd-shifter, we make it a Girls’ Night Pajama Party, complete with “spa”, movie & popcorn. This year my husband actually got the night off, so we’re making it a family night. In lieu of dinner, we’re going to have snacks like potato skins, mozzarella sticks & pizza rolls. We even bought a bottle of sparkling grape juice to toast in the New Year.

That turtle needs to get busy and find something to care about.

Why is youth wasted on the young ? Luckily I feel 30 years old.

I clean up once a decade. Whether I need to or not. I vacuum the floors with a dust buster when the dust bunnies start racing each other. I am a bachelor and proud of it.

I procrastinate a lot myself.
