If enough people signed petitions against “citizens” united, maybe the Supreme court would see how bad this really is foe we the people and repeal.Far-fetched, but Some times petitions do work.
Mobilizing public resentment against this problem is the key to solving it, and talking about it in terms of money does not do the job: people LIKE money, and feel that the rich SHOULD be able to do whatever they want with it. $$$$$$$ Talk instead about how advertising (what the money buys) makes stupid people do whatever it says. NO ONE likes to think of themselves as a stupid tool of advertising. Resentment at being manipulated is an emotion already on tap.
“Trump has spent nothing on advertisement and why should he?”.This shows us just how much of a sense of responsibility the media has. Another example of the abuse of our constitutional rights.

Republicans/Fox “news” viewers are perfectly comfortable with unlimited spending by PACs.
Maybe they can explain why.

I agree with B. A uses the word “think,” so it can’t be that one.
