I used to give the road tests. When I failed someone, I told them to park the car, turn the car off and wait for the person who drove you to the road test. I would leave the car, and walk back to the start of the road test whistling I’m Walking.
“I told him I could take the test again if I didn’t pass. He assured me I had passed, although his hands were a little shaky as he signed off on me. .“Oh, he did make me promise to never drive in his part of town again.”
Many trucks are fitted with special bumpers, lift tailgates, trailed hitches, etc. They are commercial vehicles and do not have to have passenger car equipment. If someone buys a truck without a bumper and backs into something, it is his own fault.
