Nothing new. I was a civilian employee of the Army and we had one of those at Tripler Army Medical Center on Oahu in 1997. A lot of people think military medicine is in the stone age for some reason but it is cutting edge believe me. They do robot surgery by remote over in the middle east from here in the US. The budget for military medicine is basically a blank check. Fighting strength and all that.
