Transcript:
Janis: I like some of these ideas for a downsized house!
Arlo: Will there be room for a hot tub?
Janis: I think we should be serious! This plan could be useful someday soon!
Arlo: Is it possible we might never truly understand one another?
Arlo, you already have a downsized house – your sailboat. Launch out and sail to a south sea island where nut brown native girls will serve your every whim and need.
I am all about living “responsibly green”, but I can’t see a tiny house being workable for many in climates with cold, snowy winters. Going (often) from office cubicle to home closet? With little to no sun seen for much of the winter? No thank you! !

You’ve only been married for 25 years, Arlo. Give it time.

You do have a one-track mind, don’t you? Yeesh, man, give it a rest.
And, after 41 years, I can tell Arlo there are always surprises.

Think “hot tub” — end up with “walk-in tub.”

Sounds like she wants a divorce. That’s called downsizing in woman speak.

What a bubble brain, these micro houses are just a fad. You see a lot of Hipsters pushing them and a lot of sheep buying into them.
