Might not be a fan of snow

I thought it looked familiar but the date is today.

My late Lone Ranger used to like the snow, he’d go out in it, sit in the falling snow until he was covered, and although he could get in via the cat flap, he still used to sit and wait outside the door and wait until I let him in.

Good morning, everyone.

Enjoying Chesney’s smarty remarks to Annie and ALL the funny snow videos/pics. My cats enjoy exploring fresh snow on the back porch and the cat prints they leave are cute. Then they want to get back inside pretty quickly.

The young couple from last night is coming to adopt the little boy. I was sure they would take the girl if they only wanted one. I reminded the man that the boy was the more skittish one and he said that was ok.

Since I don’t want the girl to be alone, I called Honey Bee to see if she would take her. It was a fortuitous call because she has to go up to SLC ( friends’ daughter was diagnosed with brain cancer) and Honey Bee didn’t what she would do with the tabby. She said she’s turned around 100% in herferalness; now she sits in her arms and just purrs. She plays with the foster puppy and the big lab.

So we are going over there and get the tabby when the people leave with the kitten.

Rosebud, the tabby, is in the playpen with her sister. Will take pictures later.

Yes that is Sheba. I liked Queen’s comment from yesterday. It does look like she is protecting her scratching board. On her first Christmas with us, we bought her a custom made 6 foot tall cat tree/ scratching post and put it just to the right of where the red cat is in this picture. Our dining room is there and there is a floor to ceiling window where she watches the birds, raccoons, etc, from her top perch.. >^..^<
