But sometimes you have to wipe it off the walls if you get a little carried away. You can still use it, though.

Or you can use the brush handle to “iron” the remnants towards the opening.With the new plastic tubes, it is not so easy to do.

But the one time you cut your finger doing it and have to invest in a bandage negates a whole lifetime of cutting open the tube.

Two weeks from mine. Also, name brand paper towels, for small spills just tear a sheet in half to use.
