Houston, we have a situation!

Different time zone……they’re still asleep.

Petaluma is the next city over from Santa Rosa. Charles Shultz Museum is in Santa Rosa. He lived there for over 50 years and died there.

A bit off topic, today’s Bloom County (Outland) explains why Snoopy is scared of the cat next door.

Charles Schultz lived in Santa Rosa, CA. Petaluma is a few miles south.

Petaluma? What’s a luma? Is it tame and furry?

Well, the Annual Wrist-Wrestling Meet was held there in Petaluma, remember. A contestant would grab his/her opponent by the base of the thumb. But unfortunately, Snoopy was disqualified; as dogs don’t have thumbs! And besides which, rats, there was no live band to welcome him to Petaluma! Even so, you have to admit, Petaluma does have its own special appeal!

The word “Petaluma” even looks pretty.
