I like seeing them work together finally. And great job with the title Petey!

ONOMATOPOEIA FINAL CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS!!!!!

With ONOMATOPOEIA! on the cover, there’s no room for anything else.

Make your story about three cute, big-eyed magic hedgehogs who are trying to write a comic book. They come up with a title, but there’s an awkward pause while they try to think of a story.

Suddenly, one of them spontaneously combusts - Ka-FWOOOOSHHH!

The two remaining hedgehogs decide their comic will be about cute, big-eyed robot vampires who are writing a comic, but then there’s another awkward pause when they realize the one who exploded had their only pencil.

Suddenly, the second hedgehog is swallowed by a fissure in the earth’s crust - KRAKKAKKKAAAAKKKKK!

Then there’s a really long, really awkward pause as the sole surviving hedgehog (the one in the back) ponders the futility of creative endeavor in the face of fleeting existence in a random and hostle universe.

Twelve billion years later, the sun goes supernova - BAWHOOOOGHMZZZZZZZZOWWWWPPPP!!!!!!

In short, “Write what you know.”

OMG!—the unified efforts of Andre, Loris, Petey and fritzoid have me spellbound!

Upon reflection, instead of three hedgehogs it should be one roly-poly panda, one mop-haired gerbil, and one awkward, skinny chameleon (in the back, blending in with the wallpaper).

(Making Loris a loris would be too obvious.)

Excellent, Frizoid…are you doing the drawings, too?

Can’t wait to see them.

Long awkward pauses do usually result in climatic events .

ellisaana, I’d love to draw this out and distribute it, but (a) I don’t know how I’d go about showing it, and (b) I don’t want Richard to sue me…
