Curtis: Dean Honey? Dean Honey, I'm sorry if I'm disturbing you, but I wanted to pass on the condolences of the entire second-year class. We know how close you were to the deceased. Honey: Thank you, Curtis. Curtis; We'd like you to consider, though, a potential silver lining in this terrible tragedy. Honey: Silver lining? How could there possibly be a silver lining? Curtis: Well, it concerns our cadaver shortage... Honey: No! Get away! Vultures!

I take it the man wasn’t embalmed? And this is a warm climate. He better wake up before they throw the dirt on him!

@SunflowerGirl100“This strip is gentle political satire. The proper response is to stay with the tone of the strip, not say “Ah Hah! A chance to dump my hatred of a political figure who has nothing to do with this strip.” ".I agree hatred is not proper language for political discussion.I disagree that there are political figures beyond its reach although they might not be the subjects of the current strip..In my mind, I break up questions into separate parts. I was not defending or attacking the words of the political statement.I was just addressing the claim this is not a politically based comic strip..You and I both agree it is even though you initially claimed otherwise.
