I keep the plates upside-down in the cupboard. Only part that even sees dust is the side you don’t eat off.

I keep drinking glasses right side up. Some people like to store them open side down to keep bugs out, but then you won’t know if there are bugs.

Somehow, I doubt that is the reason, Mr. Lazy.

You just have to ignore the critics – they are everywhere.

A dirty dish in the cupboard….Doesn’t surprise me at all.

I certainly understand Earl’s logic !

Well, eating off our plates and washing them every day keeps them all clean enough to eat from.

That doesn’t make sense to me. So she’ll only need to wash one plate if the others are not being used for dinner?

in a book called “the posthumous papers of a bankrupt bookseller” (sadly i sold it in a moment of need) the main character explains his rationale for not dusting. he also had logical reasons for keeping the books in no order whatsoever and also for not having a display of featured books in the window
