Coulda been worse, it’s true
Dog’s owner needs to upgrade to a chain… like say an aircraft carrier’s anchor chain.
For that to happen, the rope would need to be tied to his tail!! lol
Yes, tether a dog to a post all day every day for a mentally well-balanced dog with no anxiety issues whatsoever. Everyone’s a winner!

One of the worst things ever is to put dogs on a rope/chain. It frustrates them terrible.
Because of the way the chain and the collar are shown separated in frame 2, I figured the ‘snap’ was the link between collar and chain breaking. And I expected the third frame to show the dog flying through the air…
Its just sad
How did the leash reattach itself to the collar?
the only time it’s ok to tie a dog down is in the back of a truck. and even then, never by the neck.
