it is slimy gooey only if boiled. slice, batter, and fry it and it is very good

Doc, the new taste treat here at the PNE [Pacific National Exhibition] is deep-fried butter!

I wish I didn’t know what fried okra looks like – but only because of the way I found out. Yecch.

Fresh fried okra is wonderful, however frozen okra is very good when added to stew….
