It’s one of those “I’m going in the kitchen anyways” type of things. If someone would do that for me I’d appreciate the fact that they were trying to help me out a little bit.

Yes indeed! A recipe for harmony and marital longevity. 1989 was a wonderful year for us too.

We are going on 54 years this year.

My wife and I have been doing that for over 65 years. And we still say thank you and you’re welcome to each other. And I open doors for her, when she will let me.

Janis wants to use up every last square inch of the dishwasher before she runs a load!Same story at my place.

Friend of mine went on a “mission” trip to Russia several years ago. While talking to some men about how to be better husbands, he mentioned that every morning he gets up and makes coffee. When his wife wakes up, he presents her with a cup of hot coffee. One of the men said “I’d like to do that for my wife, but when I get up, she’s already out in the barn milking the cow!”.

Unlike Europe.

Well, if he’s not finished all Arlo needs to say it, “I’m not finished.” If he is finished, what does he care if she takes the glass. As far as lingering is concerned, he is still sitting in the same place, isn’t he?
