Oooh, the dreaded six weeks of healing and murmuring.

Pouf, she’s a bench sitter.

Set the bone and put a cast on her arm. Reset the knee and use a brace. Six weeks is the minimum time required for bones to heal. For children. Us old farts take longer. And we atrophy a lot faster. Heart will do fine.

I broke and dislocated my elbow, Heart. I feel your pain. It’ll heal up soon.

She danced and saw stars. Isn’t that the same thing?

That’s what happens when you try to show off before the show itself.
