This doesn´t fit with what we were shown not so long ago about captain Ruiz being sent to the US a s a little girl, not a baby.

So, let me see…. the Cuban step-parents adopted the baby from an American, took her back to Cuba then returned to the US with her when she was a little girl? So, she is not totally Hispanic but adopted by Hispanic step-parents
