Of course they’ll litter, even though on land there is laws against it, police don’t have the time or resources to catch people. My neighbor who parks in front of my house, every time they open the car door garbage falls out. The police do nothing, I got tired of cleaning it up and just let it sit in the gutter (I have a fenced in front yard) so it looks discusting but I can’t make my neighbor clean it up, police don’t care so man kind litters everywhere.

alot of space litter eventualy falls back to earth most burn up in atmosphere before hitting the earth.
