The good thing about Pringles is, they don’t get crushed. And you can have a few chips, and then re-close the can for another time.Besides that, they taste almost like …er, quite similar to potato chips …or …well to some kind of chips…or well, some sort of food….
Tony and the Chipper Bev, Hmmm, I can’t help but think corn chips are more versatile,With guac.frito piechicken coatingnachosPotato chips:Topping for tuna casserole.
Just give me chips, wonderful salty, crunchy flavorful chips. All types have the right items to pair them with. Sorry Last Rose of Summer but if all you can think of using potato chips for is casserole then you aren’t buying the right types of chips.
QOTD #2: Fresh veggies. Live in an apartment so can’t grow my own and there are no farmer’s markets right now so I’m forced to buy the “fresh” ones at the grocery store, something always gets smushed.
Funny you asked what gets crushed in my grocery bag.At Christmas I bought 2 cans of crescent roll dough. On the way home I heard a “pop” then another “pop”.Dumb bagger put the cans in the bottom of the bags and put the milk cartons on top. Of course they popped open. Had to go back and return them. The manager came over to see, said they were going to bring it up at the next manager’s meeting.
Neither. My current fav is cheddar Sun Chips and I don’t think there is any potato in them. There may be some corn in them so corn chips?.JP The bread always gets smushed. I also put it on the belt last, and have even tried to set it in the car outside the bag so nothing can happen to it. Bread smashing seems to be one of my talents.

I’d blame the grocery store employ who bagged the chips.

Hey…. just yesterday I went and got the question,,,,no fair!
But I seem to be the only one here,,,’so….hang on…..
OK…. Tony’s question is “Potato chips or corn chips?”
My answer…Potato chips all the way!
Unless there’s guacamole, or it’s for nachos, or….. oooh…nachos with guacamole….
Then it’s tortilla chips…which are corn, yes…. but not “corn chips.”
Tortilla chips are good. “Corn chips” means, like, Fritos and such, and they’re icky.

I very seldom eat chips but I would chose corn chips – the little skinny ones. But, if I really wanted to splurge, it would be Cheetos.
