Sounds like Robin Hood is working for the government now, steal from the people and give to the poor, some not so poor corporations and some poor people…while keeping a cut himself.
There are folks in Congress who want to turn this on its head: Take from the needy and give to the Super Rich. And there are so many needy that it almost works.
