A lot of the young guys are into the really skinny jeans and pants that in my day we used to call clam diggers ( for the guys ) and capris ( for the gals ).Actually, that clamdigger/capri look is popular here with people of all ages. It’s just that the youngsters can get away with a tighter fit and not have a lot of “excess baggage”.
