Where’s the slug line?

Yeah, DC, slug lines, works great to get into the HOV. I don’t get the cartoon.

That is a normal part of life in the DC area. They are called Slugs.

Slugs are encouraged not to eat, smoke or put on make-up.

I have a friend who can put that kind of spin on every favour he asks of you.

I remember when “high occupancy” required at least 4 people. Two really isn’t very “high”.
