I dunno about missing the racial dimension Ruben, looks like Trumpenstein sees everything in black and white.

I love the long involved explanations why he and conservatives aren’t racists. Though PBS interviewed supporters sporting SkinHead tats. I love it. I have conservative friends and they are at least honest about their bigotry.

I love the equivocations of the politicos on the right who are now caught between the proverbial rock and a hard spot – Donald Trump and Ted Cruz.
It really does make for interesting drama – if you enjoy theatre of the absurd !
From an abstract point of view, you really have to admire Rump’s ability to get the GOP’s knickers in a twist. His appeal to the populists has far surpassed what the bible beaters tried to accomplish with the likes of William Jennings Bryant or more recently Mike Huckabee.
Yes, the vox populi is xenophobic, racist, misogynistic, and terribly myopic BUT they are tired of being pandered to, or ignored, by the politicians on both sides of the aisle.
By October, things will be very scary in the U.S.A.

I always love libsmasher’s comments. I try to imagine the world he/she lives in as it has no connection to reality at all.

RRRR. Get her out of here. Don’t hurt her, but it’s okay if you punch her in the nose. Then arrest her and press charges. Ruin her life. After that, maybe I can use her in a beauty pageant. Not sure about that head scarf, tho. Looks like a hijab! RRRR.

“I’m not SAYING she’s a witch. I’m just re-tweeting someone else’s interesting tweet suggesting she’s a witch. If she IS a witch, well I can understand why people would want to burn her. I feel like burning witches right in the face.”

Don’t worry about the legal bills. We’ll take care of them.

“….you have a billionaire standing up for the socially oppressed.”
No, you have a text book psycho/sociopath, easily leading the gullible.
Don’t believe me ? Check it out. Scary but true…many of the top world leaders and executives are psychopaths. They only pretend to feel any empathy for other people. They are highly intelligent, driven, ruthless but charming and will let nothing stop them form getting what they want.
Sound familiar ?

Unfortunately, I wasn’t kidding. Megalomania and all, he is a case study !And you’re absolutely correct. His convictions suit the moment and his current concerns. The politicians are afraid of him because he’s not controllable and not an ideologue. We should be afraid of him because he is who and what he is…punto !

Our pure virginal America, defiled by racism and … (gasp) violence??? Damn you, monster Trump, for introducing these evils to our innocent Arcadia!
When you are defeated, all will be well again.

“Donald Trump tells it like it is…if you are a racist, bigoted, misogynistic, anti-intellectual xenophobic loser.”It would have been quicker just to type “the Republican base”.
