I have to admire the cut of Chuck’s trousers. They were designed to maintain their rectilinear pattern when Chuck is in his most common (seated) position. When he stands it may get a bit messy, but he will not stand for long.
Good art is in the eye of the beholder. Great art is beholding to the price tag !
Learned that very early on in life. I had an artist friend, who was mounting a sidewalk exhibition, he asked my opinion of two paintings. The one I really liked and which, by his own admission was the better of the two and had taken a lot of work, he put a $50 price tag on it ( this was in the early ’60’s ) and on the second painting that he’s slap dashed, he valued at $500.
He bet me that the $500 painting would sell first. Sure enough, within the first hour, it was sold. The better painting never got an offer, the entire exhibit.
I wound up buying that painting for the $50 price tag ( which was a lot of money for me in those days ) because I really liked it. It was the first piece of art I ever purchased. I schlepped that painting around for years. Eventually, really extreme economic circumstances forced me to sell it. That $50 painting sold to a dealer for $16,000 ! ( I had learned my lesson well. I’d asked for 20K and “settled” for the 16K ).
Somewhere, my artist friend was looking down and laughing his a$$ off !
Actually it neither one.It is really a small cage to contain the wolverine they release at night to guard the museum. Some one removed the “Do not insert fingers in holes.”

Going to the art museum is good for you, in more ways than one.

If the price tag is over $10K it’s art.
