Super cute cat and fish pictures and videos. Love the cat rescue. All the other pictures are pretty awesome too. Happy – thanks for the Simon’s Cat – really cute one.
Thanks to all who took the time to find and post the pics and vids.
No PetCo for me today. I’m not feeling quite up to snuff this morning. Hoping it’s just the change in weather. Susan has just 2 kitties for adoption today – my long haired foster and a tabby from the shelter.
QueenI’m sorry you are under the weather, a few “kitty hugs” will make you feel better Nurse Moose is just the ticket!
Thanks Everyone for the great “fishing” pictures, we were out late last nite and company is coming for dinner tonite, so I’m cutting it short.Have a great Caturday and I’ll see you tonight!
Wonderful collection today, thank you all. I save Ten Cats till last so I can give it the time it deserves. I love the strip and the pics and gifs you all post.
Adoption update: Mimi just got adopted by two young women who have been there before “just looking”. Susan said Mimi put on quite a show for them – stretching, showing her tummy, purring. That just leaves Stella down there. It’s her first time at PetCo and seems happy in the condo.
Susan thought she would leave early to attend the car show herein Hurricane with Larry.
Shari picked up Jingles the kitten. Her teenage boys we SO happy to finally get another kitten to play with. And because Jingles loved playing with Susans’s new dog, he should be fine with their golden lab.
Love all the pics today, I think if I had a fish tank again it would be well plundered by the boys – they certainly do their best to catch things on the TV screen.
My saga of the day: Well, starting yesterday, my daughter decided we needed to work in my flower beds, and pick up deadfall from around the yard. I wore out quickly, but Sarah worked until dark.
She was back this morning to tackle the potting shed again to get wild rose and honeysuckle off of it. I was getting deadfall from around the blueberry bushes. We had her trailer almost loaded as high as it could go when we heard one of the donkeys screaming. Yes, screaming. We got on the mule (that is a Kawasaki mule) and drove into the woods. Tinkerbell was at the fence looking into the woods and calling her friend BumbleBee. So we made our way over logs and around vines to the gate, which was hard as a big tree was down blocking the path. we wove around and got into the woods. Over the bridge and through the woods we went and found BumbleBee in a stand of clover eating her heart out. We used a dog leash and Sarah led her to the bridge where she absolutely refused to step on it, much less cross it. So we tried to lead her through the trickle of water in the ditch leading to the pond. No, she wasn’t going to do that either. SO…we just let her loose. We got back to the house and Sarah left to take the branches to the dump…I went back into the back of the pasture to see where she had gotten out. It was pretty near where Tinker was standing and when I got there…Bumble was on the other side of the fence touching noses with Tinker. She would not come back under the fence (the bottom strand was broken) so I went home to call a neighbor to come and help me mend the fence. By the time he got there, Bumble was back in the pasture looking like she had never been in the woods. we mended the fence, and found another place she might go under (did I mention these are miniature donkeys) and Rex will come back in a day or so and run another strand there. Tomorrow I will go down and put a metal fence post in that area to discourage her. Obviously she got down on her knees to go under the fence, even though she is only about 3" taller than the next to the bottom strand . So, I am worn out, and still have had to prepare for Easter dinner and brunch.
