Stairs are usually built on the inside of the tower. But this is ID, and it’s also the first time I’ve seen this tower. Does anyone remember seeing it before?

Is that the tower off which they threatened to throw Bartholomew Cubbins?
Fink just needs to redecorate, or at least move the furniture around…
