Pool? I’d say a Jacuzzi, rather.

That dive would never score well in the Olympics. He overrotated and went past vertical, and there was way too big a splash upon entry!

It’s not impossible. I remember when I was about 6 or 7 having the Sesame Street album. Inside it was a picture of Oscar’s trashcan…complete with diagram of what it actually looked inside of it. Most of it was underground. It was before he had a pet elephant, so it’s probably changed over the years.

How could anybody say that’s not Woodstock?

This strip is about a year before he’s officially referred to as “Woodstock.” And it’s about three months before the namesake music festival.

Excuse me, Woodstock but that’s Snoopy’s own bowl. Find your own heated pool.
