I had that same look on my face when my 18 month old son inadvertently destroyed my $200 stereo phono cartridge. I gave him a big hug, told him I loved him, and then went in the back room and cried for half an hour.
A few years ago we were playing âfree-rangeâ bocce through a campground. After one toss of the jack suddenly a dog darts out of a nearby tent, picks up the jack and carries it all the way across a meadow, at least 200 feet, before dropping it on the opposite slope. We called it a âfair ballâ but we did allow everyone two tosses of each bocce to reach the jack. Someone (not me) actually got within about 3â!

In a few years that will be Snoopy thinking that. Though Charlie Brown wonât be the reason he thinks it.

You shouldnât complain much Charlie Brown. In later years, you will miss having a normal dog.
