Now all CB has to do is walk up to Zoltar, and wish he was big.

My daughters were like that, the younger one trying to “catch up” to the older one. They’re now 13 and 15…and the 13-year-old is almost 2 inches taller than her older sister. Needless to say, older sister is not pleased. LOL

This strip is VERY much something kids would do, no matter the era.

Is this still done?

Reminds me of a scene in the old TV series “The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis” where Maynard and Dobie’s father are having an argument in a moving vehicle:

Maynard: “I love Dobie this much!”

Dobie’s father: “Well, I love Dobie this much!”

Maynard: “Well, I love Dobie this… KLUNK!” (hits his head on the roof)

Eh, it’s all hairspray.
