Interesting with the spelling. For those who don’t know…the first Marx Brothers movie (1929) was called “The Cocoanuts”….with that alternate spelling. I guess back in the day, that was the preferred spelling. I never see it anymore, but it’s not “wrong”.
I like how they just casually toss the wrappers, bags, etc. Different sensibilities. I grew up during the ecology flag-Woodsy Owl era. I remember how it used to be— as a matter of fact the other day I stopped on my way out of my neighborhood to pick up a section of newspaper that was beginning to unravel in the road. The thought of it would have bugged me all day.
