I’m lost, I was watching H3’s post of “the cat came back” late yesterday and I lost track of the day of the week. Happy, that was a great find!

We all know that cats and dogs provide taxi service for fleas, but the question is how to get paid. Fleas do not have shrimp tails..

Sometimes you can’t get them to get off at their destination.

Its one am and my computer was kidnapped by Windows 10! I had to wait til it messed up my computer!I had to jump thru hoops to get to the comics, and I can’t find eBay either.I didn’t want it! Sigh……..

You know, after going back and reading all of yesterday’s posts, I realized that I don’t say often enough how much I appreciate all the pictures and the chit-chat that get posted here on Ten Cats. Thank you, everyone, for making my day brighter.

I have it on very good authority that “Watkins Great Outdoors Insect Repellent” (Canada) is excellent for Black Flies, etc. Trouble is, you can’t get it in the USA. Why that is, I know not. I had a friend in Buffalo pick up a couple of bottles for me at “WallyWorld” just over the border. Evidently, does not expire.Perhaps one of the group here from Canada, knows about it…? Anybody have a report? Here’s a link to a pix (if it will show)

I’ve had an update on my cousin’s former foster kitten, Koji. He’s very happy in his new home, and he has a new name – Stevie!

The kitty and the toes. Same thing with my parrot. Parrots like toes also. I can’t walk around the house barefoot or in sandals. Pumpkin will run across the room to attack my toes. I feel stupid trying to run away from a little bird. He can really move fast. And that little beak can really cause some damage

Dog-gone fleas!

News on foster kitty, Nikki, is not great. I started to notice she was making too many trips to the box and flinging sand everywhere- I know the signs of something is wrong. Took her to one vet. Diagnosis – feline lower urinary tract disease. (I copied it from the paper) Solutions – “make her drink more water”. And HOW do I do that. Today we took her to the other vet. He did a scan (better than an xray) and bloodwork. She has stones. Not as big as the ones Moose had last year but still, there they were.

Now she’s on the same costly food as Moose. I take her back in 4 weeks to see if they are still there and hopefully, smaller.

I didn’t plan on having her for 6 weeks (this is week 2) but what else can I do?
