Surly Duke doesn’t have any illusions about Trff sharing any of his now found wealth for putting him up while Trff was down and out. Trff doesn’t impress me as being one of the grateful types.

I think Duke just wants him out (of Duke’s place).

Maybe trump has something in the Panama papers. He is a billionaire after all. Maybe that is the bombshell Romney keeps talking about in his taxes. And no, the clintons are not billionaires.

Man, am I out of it! Never heard of the Panama Papers before. Now I’ve got to spend some time on Google.

Hey, it’s time for the high point of my DB year: President King’s commencement address. Sure hope that hasn’t dropped out of the rota. I still miss the days when King (based on Yale President Kingman Brewster—-who by the way, had something resembling Bernie Sanders’s plan for “free” college education) was a regular. One unforgettable strip: A professor threatens to “move to private industry” if King cuts his budget, and is reminded by King, “Herbert, you’re a Latin teacher!”

(Later). Did the research. What a year this is going to be! BOTH Trump and Clinton are listed in the Panama Papers. Of course, some of these people are legitimate, so maybe one or both of them is perfectly innocent. They are certainly in good company: Ronald Reagan, Bill Gates, Almadovar,… But there are some real nasties in there also: Lukashenko, for instance. Meanwhile, I await the details. Can’t imagine Clinton has much money of any kind to tie up this way, but Trump is another matter.

Surely Duke will get a 10% finders fee.
