I don’t like Brussels sprouts, but better that than anything from Micky D’s.

Look at a menu for McDonalds UK sometime. They have some interesting options, including a vegetarian menu. I am particularly intrigued by the fried camembert dippers.

For those who don’t like brussels sprouts, 2 suggestions. Try boiling them with a teaspoon of sugar – it cuts the bitterness. Or, slice them and stir fry with other veg – completely changes the taste.

I remember way back when I was in High School, my friend and I went to McD’s for lunch. They had a lunch special, 5 hamburgers for $1. I only tried it once, it was just too much. He had it every day, and a milkshake, and one of those cherry pie hot-pocket-like things. And yes, he was overweight…

Definition of becoming an adult: the point at which eating a meal from McDonalds ceases to be a special treat, and becomes a last resort.

I like McDonald’s on occasion. Like anything else too much is too much.
