Gosh, when I quit smoking the only other thing I had to do was quit drinking coffee. The 2 just went together so tightly I couldn’t have one without the other. 40+ years later, am still drinking a full pot of tea every day.

Except Nicotine withdrawal typically lasts for 6 mo.s to a year with the symptoms only gradually fading.
