I would suggest ginger beer. The beer is an obvious pairing with human meat, and the ginger will soothe a delicate stomach that is trying to digest a lot of fatty tissue.

Well mammals are normally dark meat, but humans don’t produce the alpha-gal carbohydrate that normally triggers red meat allergies.

Humans (at least the ones here in the USA) are rancid and fatty.
