One of the things on their list of things to teach kindergartners was skipping..The first day of kindergarten my son came home, skipping up the drive.I don’t recall ever seeing him do it again, but he KNOWS HOW .
I haven’t seen a turtle skip, but they can run. I was amazed the first time I saw it. I was pulling into a driveway with a turtle there – he ran to get out of my way. That was in West Plains, Missouri.
