One man’s hero is another one’s villain.

Spiders always make me think of Bilbo. It’s always easier to put yourself in the preys position, rather than the spiders.

Karma once saved Anansi’s life and got a visit from an angry mother mother bee, whose son he later had for lunch.

@thevenbede, it took me a bit to realize what you were saying. Where I grew up, they were pronounced “heros” but spelled “gyros”:

Hoagy Grinder Hero Gyro Sub Italian Poorboy Plowman ??

“Gyro” shouldn’t be on that list. It’s the Greek equivalent of schwarma, not a sandwich, necessarily. From Wikipedia: “Gyros or gyro (giros) is a Greek dish of Turkish origin, consisting of lamb meat, tomato, onion, and tzatziki sauce, and is served with pita bread. Gyros may also refer to the sandwich, which consists of the same ingredients.”

Oh here we are, going ‘round and ‘round with gyros again.
